RideLust has a round-up of the 10 best vehicles for the coming zombie apocalypse. Ranging in price from four thousand to over two hundred thousand dollars, perhaps there is one in your price range. I haven’t heard of many of these vehicles, but they all look pretty good except for the motorcycle. I think I would like to have a medium size dirt bike stored in my rig somewhere, but I don’t think the BMW GS would be my primary escape vehicle – pretty hard to drive it one handed and shoot with the other hand.
Also, check out the Mercedes G-Wagon, pictured on the left. This looks like my preferred vehicle, alright. Even if I could afford to buy it, I don’t think I could afford to stock it with guns, food, and ammo. Since we have about thirteen years until the apocalypse arrives, I guess I can start saving the money and buy a used one.

and what happens when a hord of zombies come after you? How well protected are you on that bike? And let”s not even mention weather conditions.
Yep – it might be good for sorties or food runs, but I want some steel around me as well.

Bikes are the best. You do not run out of gas, it can be brought indoors and it can be fized easily.
